What comes with my order?
Each order will come with 10 nails and a prep kit which includes nail glue, file, buffer, cuticle pusher. alcohol pad and cuticle oil pad.
How long do they last?
With proper nail prep & care and depending on your daily work with your hands, press ons usually last 2-4 weeks.
How to size?
Option 1: Purchase a sizing kit from me which will include every nail size (00-9) for most accurate sizing.
Option 2: Measure the nails with MM tape.
Option 3: Take a picture of your hand next to a quarter or a dime.
How do I measure my nails with MM tape?
Please refer to the nail sizing guide for instructions on how to measure your nails.
What if the standard nail sizes don't fit?
When checking out, hit the "custom" box and add your sizes in the instructions for each finger. Ex. Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky- 15mm, 11mm, 13mm, 11mm, 9mm
How long will my order take?
Processing time takes around 4-7 business days and will ship out the next day.
Shipping is only available to the U.S.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Due to the nails being designed handmade with custom sizing, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Once the nails are finished, NO refunds or exchanges will be accepted and nails will NOT be redone, this includes customs, mystery sets, and freestyles.
If you’d like to request for any nails to be redone, there will be an upcharge
Please ensure nail sizing is as accurate as possible.
No returns will be accepted for sugar scrubs or cuticle oils either.
