POLICY/FAQ:

WHAT COMES WITH ORDER:
-Each order will come with 10 nails and nail prep kit which includes nail glue, file, buffer, cuticle pusher, alcohol pad, cuticle oil pads and my homemade cuticle oil droplets.
-Application/removal instructions will be included as well.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
-Due to the nails being designed handmade with custom sizing, please understand that no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
-Please ensure nail sizing is as accurate as possible.
-If there is any other issue with your order, I can be contacted through here or my IG page (lorainessets)

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING:
-Processing time takes around 4-7 business days and will ship out within the next day. 
-I only ship to the U.S.
